It’s a broad question, because Las Vegas contains many different scenes where you can get laid — from the gigantic mega-resorts on the Vegas Strip, to the smaller “locals” casinos, to daytime pool parties, after-hours nightclubs, and of course the notorious (and totally kick-ass) Vegas strip clubs…

By the way, it’s absolutely possible to pick up chicks at the Vegas strip clubs, without having to offer a kilo of cocaine or a wad of hundred-dollar bills.  You just need to understand stripper psychology and how to use strip club pickup tactics so that the dancers don’t view you as a typical dumb-ass customer.

Anyway, if you’re on a mission to get laid in Vegas, the name of the game is HAVING game. So, outside of the strip clubs, here are some quick tips for Getting Laid In Vegas:

1. Take “Batting Practice” everywhere you go.

This is a classic principle from the first Mack Tactics book (which a lot of guys have called “the bible of picking up girls”).

Batting Practice means you don’t wait until nightfall (or after you’ve started drinking) to start chatting up girls. And you don’t ONLY try to talk to the hottest chicks that you want to bang.

Batting Practice means that all day long, you’re having short, positive conversations with new women.

This keeps you in the “Mack Zone” mentally, and it can also provide all sorts of valuable Intell and opportunities.

I’ll give you a quick example. The other day I was passing through a casino on my way to having lunch, and I saw a few chicks having a good time at the slot machines. They were young, probably in their early twenties — OK looking, but nothing I wanted to bang.

So did I keep walking by? No. I walked over, smiled, and took some quick Batting Practice, just to see what might come of it.

I came up with a funny “Vegas line” to start the conversation:

“Hey girls, I know you’re on a mission to bankrupt this casino, but let me give you some quick advice: always play the maximum number of credits on a slot machine. If you don’t, your boyfriend might break up with you.”

Huh? The girls paused from playing the machine and looked at me, curious.

“It’s true,” I told them. “A buddy of mine was here with his girlfriend and he was playing this same slot machine. He was playing the max number of credits on every spin, because that makes you eligible for the big huge jackpot. Then he had to go the bathroom, so he told his girlfriend to keep playing the machine until he came back, and guess what happened? On her next spin she HIT THE JACKPOT!”

(Now the girls are all staring at me with their mouths open, amazed…)

I continue: “So he comes back from the bathroom, he sees the jackpot symbols lined up, and he’s screaming in joy! He thinks he just won $30 million! But then he sees that she didn’t play the max credits on that spin…so instead of $30 million, he won $75 and a coupon to the buffet.  He had to break up with her because of that. Seriously, wouldn’t you?”

The girls were awed and amused by that story. (They always are.) I introduced myself and found out they were in town for their friend’s bachelorette party. We exchanged phone numbers and I told them I knew about some cool spots to party at later on, so they should text me.

Sure enough, around midnight, they texted me. I was just drinking beer at some rock n’ roll dive bar down the road, but they all came over for drinks — and there was a SMOKING HOT girl in their group who I ended up banging that night.  (No, she wasn’t the bride-to-be. It was the maid of honor.)

That’s just one example of hundreds that I can tell you about. Always take Batting Practice, and at the very least, you’ll have girls to accompany you when you hit the bars and clubs later that night.

Even if you don’t want to bang any of them, simply having females in your group is going to make the other women in the place far more curious to know you. (This is part of a concept called “Social Proof” which is explained in the Mack Tactics book.)

It’s EASY to get groups of chicks to come out with you in Vegas, or meet up with you at a spot, because 95% of the tourists actually feel a bit intimidated by all of the nightlife. They aren’t sure where to go. They fear that they’re missing out the “coolest spots.”

If you’re a tourist, too, it doesn’t matter. As long as you act like you know the Vegas scene and where the good parties are, chicks will follow your lead.

2. Work fast and be strategic.

When you meet girls, don’t try to “box them in” and talk to them for an hour. Think like a boxer: stick and move. Make connections and get phone numbers, always telling the girls that you know about a great spot to party later on in the night.

Like I said, most of the tourist chicks in Vegas don’t know much about the club scene, especially the after-hours scene (the clubs that stay open past 3am).

They’re HOPING to meet guys (or a guy) who knows the best places to go. As long as they think you’re the guy who can “show them where the party is,” they’ll want to roll with you.

Something else that ties into this: girls who come to party in Vegas want to get the full experience. They want to party in a bunch of different places. They want stories to tell their friends when they get home.

So, if you’re at nightclub at 10 or 11pm, don’t expect to pull a chick back to your hotel room for a bang. The girls in the Vegas clubs will go home with you, if you use the right Mack Tactics — but it’s going to happen at the end of the night. Not right now.

This is why you want to use the right Approach Lines to meet girls, get phone numbers, and line up possibilities for later on. Don’t plan on closing the deal with her in the next hour. Plan on hooking up with her at another spot later on tonight, when she’s making her last stop of the evening.

And if that girl doesn’t show up to meet you, you’ll have several other girls that you’ve been texting with tonight. One of these options will come through.

As far as which clubs you should go to, one of the awesome things about Vegas is that you DON’T need to go to the latest, hottest “mega club” where moron celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton hang out.

I find that it’s way easier to pick up girls in Vegas when you steer clear of the “A-list” clubs and instead, you pick lesser-known spots (maybe in your hotel — which makes it easy to invite her upstairs to chill out and have a drink from your mini-bar).

In Vegas, virtually every casino-hotel has a decent bar or club where you can party and pick up women. Nightlife is everywhere.

You’re better off kicking ass one of the lesser-known nightclubs at one of the B-list casinos, than you are standing in line like a typical tourist at the Wynn, Venetian, Hard Rock or Palms to get into one of the “hot” clubs.

I should add, the clubs at Wynn Las Vegas (Tryst), The Venetian (TAO), the Hard Rock (Body English), and The Palms (Rain & Moon) are some of the sickest nightclubs in the world. They’re awesome and there are tons of hot chicks.

But you should ONLY visit these kinds of clubs if you’re ready to drop at least $400 and you can reserve a table to sit down at. This is the price you’ll pay to get a table and a bottle of liquor.

(By the way, you can split that cost with your buddies — and if you’ve got the bankroll for it, it’s well worth it to enjoy an evening of picking up some extremely hot women.)

I always do this when I go to Vegas nightclubs with my friends, because often it’s the only way you will get a seat for the evening.

If you’re not prepared to spend a few hundred bucks on a table, don’t go to these clubs — you will be standing all night among swarms of cheeseballs and wanna-be UFC fighters, elbowing your way through crowds to get a drink. Hardly an ideal situation to meet women.

3. Distort her sense of time. Las Vegas is a place that doesn’t WANT you to know what time it is, or what day of the week it is. You won’t see any clocks on the walls of casinos. They want you to forget about those trivial concerns and keep spending money.

Well, you can also use “time distortion” with women. You do this by bringing her to two or three different places in the course of one night.

If you’re hanging out with a chick, don’t stay all night in the bar or club where you met her. Bring her somewhere else. Tell her you’re going to show her a cool, new spot.

This has a powerful effect with women (whether you’re trying to get laid in Vegas, or in your own town). Normally, women feel that it’s “slutty” to sleep with a guy on the first night that they meet them.

But you can override this female “mental programming” if you take them to more than one place on the same night.

If you do this, they feel like they didn’t “just meet you tonight.” They met you at Location A, but then you brought her to Location B and had a great time, and now you’re at Location C with her and you’re dancing with her and making out…

It won’t FEEL to her like you “just met her.”  And when it’s time for you to close the deal and take her home, those female defense mechanisms won’t kick in….as long as you…

4. Never “ask.” Always LEAD the way.

This is a Mack Tactic that applies to all situations with women, but I want to remind you of its importance when you are trying to get laid in Vegas. Let’s say you meet a girl during the daytime or early evening, and you want to meet up with her later.

When you text her or call her (texting is actually more effective, because the clubs are loud and cell phone reception is bad in the casinos), don’t “invite” her to come hang out with you.

A weak-ass invitation would be like, “Hey, if you and your friends aren’t busy, do you want to come to the Hard Rock?”

The Mack Move would be: “Grab your friends and meet me at the Hard Rock in 30 minutes. This place is amazing right now. See you in 30.”

Don’t make a vague suggestion. Lay out a game plan. Women respond to leadership. I explain this concept in detail in the Mack Tactics book, but while we’re talking about Vegas, this is an important principle to follow.

In Vegas, her brain is constantly being bombarded with stimulation and craziness and various possibilities and options. Don’t confuse her further. LAY OUT A PLAN that she can agree to and go with.

This is how you can make her rally her friends and come meet you at another club at 2 in the morning. And that’s where you will close the deal with her. (Don’t ask “do you want to come to my room?” Lay out the plan: “OK, let’s go to my room because it’s too loud in here and my mini-bar has a great bottle of red wine…”)

5. To get laid in Vegas, go for the Same Night Lay whenever possible.

The common mistake is this: you meet a girl in a club, she seems really cool, so you buy her a few drinks, and dance, and meet all of her friends…and at the end of the night, you get her phone number and make a plan to see her again tomorrow.

You THINK that you’ve got this one “in the bag.” She’s in town for the weekend, so you ASSUME that tomorrow you’ll meet up with her, and tomorrow night you’ll hang out with her again, and everything will fall into place and you’ll get laid in Vegas…

Well I hate to burst your bubble, but this almost never happens.

You’ll be LUCKY to ever see that girl again. The next day she’s tired, probably hung over as hell, and she has a whole itinerary of shit to do with her friends.

You’re texting her phone, with visions dancing through your head about this chick becoming your next girlfriend, and meanwhile she’s at the pool with her friends being hit on by OTHER dudes and making OTHER plans for later that night.

In her blurry mind, you’re just “the guy from the club last night”…she probably doesn’t remember much else about you. (Like I said, Vegas can be overwhelming for chicks.)

There’s almost no way she’s going to ditch her friends to come meet up with you.

In Vegas, groups of chicks have a “team” attitude — and if her friends don’t have guys, they won’t want her to go hang out with a guy without them.

So, accelerate the seduction and go for the Same Night Lay. TONIGHT is your chance — not tomorrow! And chicks in Vegas are up for one-night stands!

You just need to guide them down that path and know how to neutralize her thoughts that it would be “slutty” or wrong.

One of the keys to doing this is using conversational tactics to get her in a spontaneous mindset — you want to plant the seed in her mind that this is Vegas, where anything can happen, and “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” I explain all of these Deal-Closing strategies in the Mack Tactics book.

Believe me, you don’t need to win big on the slot machines to hit a jackpot in Vegas. This is one of the best scenes in the world to get laid, and with the right Mack Tactics, you can make it happen.
